If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, it is the responsibility of the receiver to check the tracking number sent to you and contact your local delivery service to lodge a claim for compensation. Customers are responsible for any charges or duties associated with importing.

 

 

 

We do not take responsibility if your parcel is mishandled, damaged or lost during postage. Replacement or refund is completely at our discretion and we will need your assistance in lodging a claim as this can only be done by the receiver.
