International shipping has now resumed, all packages are shipped Express. Please keep in mind that any local import costs such as duties/taxes/VAT are payable by the customer. If your package is missed it will be returned to sender in Australia and you will need to pay for shipping again or we can refund you the cost of the fish weight only. If your country is not listed please email Julie Niland at hello@mrniland.com

We can't currently ship to the UK due to the new VAT rules. We are working on this.

SHIPPING POLICY - AUSTRALIA

If you are ordering for a gift and need your order by a specific date please allow 2 weeks to avoid stress. At busy times it will take up to 7 days for us to pack and dispatch your order. 

If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, it is the responsibility of the receiver to check the tracking number sent to you and contact Australia Post to lodge a claim for compensation.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, it is the responsibility of the receiver to check the tracking number sent to you and contact your local delivery service to lodge a claim for compensation. Customers are responsible for any charges or duties associated with importing. Refunds for change of mind will need to be shipped back at purchaser's expense.

 

 

 

We do not take responsibility if your parcel is mishandled, damaged or lost during postage. Replacement or refund is completely at our discretion and we will need your assistance in lodging a claim as this can only be done by the receiver.
