SHIPPING
All international packages are shipped Express. Please keep in mind that any local import costs such as duties/taxes are payable by the customer. If your package is missed it will be returned to sender in Australia and you will need to pay for shipping again or we can refund you the cost of the fish weight only. At busy times (ie: Christmas) please allow a full month for International delivery to minimise stress.
Shipping to the UK - Has just begun as of 29/5/23. Orders of 2 fish weights or more may attract duties and taxes payable by the customer.

Parcels are shipped same or next business day.
If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, it is the responsibility of the receiver to check the tracking number sent to you and contact Australia Post to lodge a claim for compensation.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, it is the responsibility of the receiver to check the tracking number sent to you and contact your local delivery service to lodge a claim for compensation. Customers are responsible for any charges or duties associated with importing. Refunds for change of mind will need to be shipped back at purchaser's expense.
We do not take responsibility if your parcel is mishandled, damaged or lost during postage. Replacement or refund is completely at our discretion and we will need your assistance in lodging a claim as this can only be done by the receiver.
