Great quality and handy tool to have in the kitchen. Bought as a gift originally, then made sure to get one of my own.

The fish weight I bought was a gift for my dad (ex-chef), and I'm happy to say that for a man who is usually impossible to buy gifts for, he was almost brought to tears.
Beyond fixing the common issue of fish lifting and curling as it cooks, he was super excited about all the other possible applications this tool could be used for. This is such a nice, thoughtful piece of equipment for food lovers to raise standards in their own kitchens.
