Fish Weight Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Mr Niland Pty Ltd (ABN 66 633 716 533), 161 Underwood Street, Paddington NSW 2021 ("Promoter", "we"). Contact: hello@mrniland.com.

2. Promotion period

The Fish Weight Giveaway ("Promotion") opens at 12:00am AEDT on Monday 5 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday 5 November 2026 ("Promotion Period"). All times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (Sydney).

3. Who can enter

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, worldwide, except residents of Italy, Brazil, mainland China, India and any country or jurisdiction where this Promotion is prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Promoter and the Saint Peter group of businesses, and their immediate families, are not eligible.

4. How to enter

During the Promotion Period, enter in either of these ways:

(a) Instagram: comment the word WEIGHT on any post or reel on the @thefishweight Instagram account, then reply to the automated direct message from @thefishweight with a valid email address; or

(b) Online: visit mrniland.com/pages/fish-weight-giveaway, enter a valid email address and your country of residence, confirm you are 18 or over and agree to these terms, and submit the form.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary; buying a product does not increase your chance of winning. Each person may enter once only across both entry methods; entries are matched by email address and additional entries will be disregarded. Entries submitted by automated or bulk means are invalid.

5. Prizes

There are five (5) prizes, one per weekly draw. Each prize is one Fish Weight in the winner's choice of available finish (recommended retail price AUD $165), delivered free of charge to the winner. Bronze finish is subject to availability and ship date. The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD $825. Any import duties or local taxes not prepaid by the Promoter are the winner's responsibility. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

6. Draws

Five random draws will be held at 12:00pm AEDT at 161 Underwood Street, Paddington NSW 2021 on Fridays 9, 16, 23 and 30 October and 6 November 2026. Each draw selects one winner at random by computer-generated random selection from all valid entries received by either entry method up to 11:59pm AEDT the preceding Thursday. A valid entry stays in every remaining draw after it is received, but each person can win only once.

7. Winner notification and claiming

Winners will be notified within two (2) business days of the draw by email and, for Instagram entries, also by Instagram direct message. Each winner's first name, last initial and country will be published on @thefishweight Instagram Stories. Winners must reply with their chosen finish and delivery address within seven (7) days of notification. If a prize is not claimed within that time, or a winner is ineligible, a redraw will be held at 12:00pm AEDT on the following business day at the same location, and that winner will be notified the same way. Residents of Canada must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as a winner.

8. Email marketing and privacy

Your email address is required to enter so we can contact you if you win. Joining the Mr Niland email list (including early access to our sale) is optional and is not a condition of entry; you will be asked separately. If you join, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Instagram and Meta

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta, including where it is advertised on those platforms. By entering, you release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any liability in connection with this Promotion.

10. General

The Promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes is fraudulent or breaches these terms. If the Promotion cannot run as planned for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any applicable law or direction of a regulator. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
