Both are cast in Sydney at Ajax Foundry, a family-owned foundry casting iron for over 80 years, with the same shallow sides as the original so steam escapes and the skin crisps the way it should.

The Fish Pan (our first pan released) is pictured for scale (it's the medium size at 22cm diameter) but not included in this bundle.
